What if something is wrong with my order?

How are shipping times during the holiday season?

Due to the holidays and the high volume of packages that are shipped daily, a lot of packages are being delayed. As we strive to provide excellent customer service, this is completely out of our hands.

How do I pay for my orders? Is it secure?

The SwagAttic Team checkout process is powered by PayPal and all major credit card companies. Paypal is one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. If you choose to use PayPal, simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal's secure website as you would for any other online purchase. When paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account. 

What is the policy on lost or stolen packages?

All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. If the item(s) is shown as delivered via USPS or UPS tracking, that absolves the SwagAttic Team of all liability. We will work with the customer to get these issues resolved, but we cannot guarantee any type of refund. In the event the item(s) are not shown as delivered, you'll be refunded the price of the items at the time of order. The SwagAttic Team does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items that are shown as deliveered. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Most orders are shIpped via USPS first class or priority or UPS within 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. To check the status of your order, visit our order tracking page on our website. 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Can I have my order shipped via UPS to a P.O. Box?

We provide shipping via UPS and they will only accept shipments to a valid street address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Your shipping request addressed to a P.O. Box will be delayed and will require an address correction before shipment. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted. 

How long will my order take?

SwagAttic works to make sure your orders arrive as soon as possible.  We offer UPS shipping options for Ground, 2-Day or Next Day. Your products will be shipped after it is reviewed and packaged (not necessarily the same day you order). 

What is your Refund Policy and do you accept returns?

Customers must contact our store within 30 days of the original order date if an order arrives damaged or includes the wrong product(s). We will credit your account with a refund after our warehouse receives your item. If an error was made, if you are not happy with your item or if you received a damaged product, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.

Can I exchange my order into another product?

 We do accept item returns as long as the item has not been worn and is in good condition. However, if an error was made, you are not happy with the item, or you received a damaged product, please contact us so we can make it right. All shipping charges are non-refundable, and the Refund Policy does not extend beyond the 30-day window.

I ordered the wrong item, what should I do?

If you just placed your order, have confirmed that the item has not shipped, please contact us immediately, and we should be able to refund your order and issue a new one. If your item has already shipped or was delivered and either an error was made or you are not happy with the item, please call us or submit a request, so we can understand how to make it right.
